Players will work
in small groups players seperated by age
This program
will emphasize fundamentals for the Individual Skills for Throwing the
Baseball.
We
will
focus on the techniques and methods to increase arm strength
Repetitions With Guidance is a key component as players will have the
opportuntiy each week to increase arm strength in a safe and productive
program.
Pitching Techniques will allow time for fundamentals in regards to
footwork, and leg stride. In addtion, attention will be given to
wind up and follow through.
Players will
participate
with their age group & skills level is small groups.
Cost:
$400, Deposit of $150 can
made to reserve placement with balance due in June.
